Tax law is becoming increasingly digitalised. Indirect taxes are playing a pioneering role in this process, driven primarily by e-commerce. TeCIT Club positions itself at the interface of these three areas. It is not about the transfer of known knowledge. Rather, TeCIT Club wants to create an independent platform to formulate, present, discuss and further develop new ideas. Specifically, the association addresses (1) current legal developments and their technical solution, (2) current practical developments, their legal implications and technical solutions; and (3) current technical developments. The association is to be a P2P platform. Therefore, its members are managers from tax departments of eCommerce companies, Representatives of the public authorities (e.g. tax authorities and courts), service providers and consultants.
