Applied Inspiration is a global organisation, providing strategic and operational review, programme design and implementation, as well as a range of supporting products in the education sector. Our clients include education providers (higher and further education, secondary and primary schooling), government agencies, communities and corporations. We have teams in England and Australia, enabling us to share best practices across the globe. We are focused on access, student success and progression across the student journey. Our products and services follow recruitment and outreach; transition and conversion processes along the education pipeline; student success and engagement in education and training; and ultimately graduate success and training or employability outcomes. We also work in other student facing areas including recruitment, student success and progression, organisational restructuring and review work across all student and professional services. Our work is largely focused upon the heart of our organisation, which is the provision and enhancement of access to education for all. We specialise in working with universities and education providers to maximise widening participation (WP) performance. We focus on improved strategy to achieve institutional overarching goals and WP goals simultaneously and with strategic alignment. We also have a strong focus on efficiency gains in the operationalisation of WP programmes across the student journey (access, success, progression). As we mentioned we have a strong interest in small, specialist and regional providers having worked with a number of small providers to refine their WP strategies and provide outsourced services. As well as larger clients, we have focused work with a number of specialist and “alternative” providers, supporting their pursuit of access outcomes and wider recruitment work.
