McAlester Army Ammunition Plant is a Government-Owned/Government-Operated (GOGO) U.S. Army ammunition plant located in Southeastern Oklahoma. MCAAP's mission is to receive, store, ship, produce, renovate and demilitarize conventional ammunition to meet contingency requirements in support of Joint Force readiness. MCAAP's vision is to be responsive to the Warfighters' requirements, exceeding their expectations by continuously improving the safety, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our processes.
