Marination is a Seattle-based restaurant family serving Hawaiian-Asian cuisine. The company launched in 2009 with one food truck and over the past decade has grown to also include 3 fast-casual brick n' mortar restaurants, 1 full-service restaurant, a commissary kitchen, and a catering operation. We are known for our fast, friendly, "everyday aloha" service and our core menu from the original food truck of tacos, sliders, and kimchi fried rice.
