While he was working with Pramerica Life Insurance, he gained his project management skills and enhanced his Renewals & Policy Servicing skills. He is an Ex GRO (Grievance Redressal Officer) from Pramerica and hence knows how to get the customer issues resolved. During his tenure with Luxor Writing Instruments Pvt. Ltd., he excelled in Business operations and project management.
