In my approach to coaching, the intentions I set for my clients are to be open and curious about their life. I hope to create a space where they can safely explore and express what motivates them and what drives them. I invite them to look inside to seek what they truly want or need, to explore what the barriers in their life, real or perceived, represent, and give them the tools and courage to move forward. The coaching journey goes beyond jobs and position titles, or roles people play in their family and community life. I am curious about what my client's dreams are and support them as they craft their path to living them fully. My intentions for my clients are to uncover new possibilities and new perspectives.
