SECCCA is an alliance of nine councils in the southeast of Victoria committed to a coordinated regional response to climate change. We support our member councils and their communities to respond and adapt to the effects of climate change through high-quality, innovative projects and research programs at the regional level. SECCCA exists to advocate, educate and deliver regional climate change projects that benefit over one million residents in southeast Victoria. We have a vision for thriving, sustainable and resilient communities, driven by a zero emission economy.
