We're a non-profit organisation providing strategic communication/knowledge management services with focus on international development. We support organisations, institutions, stakeholder groups, projects and individuals to develop communication strategies, that support their overall goals and address diverse interests. We help organization to achieve their communication objectives. Not only that, we support communities to overcomes obstacles and dilemmas that impede communication outcomes, and develop context-specific alternative narratives that makes positive behaviour change, appealing and lasting We respond to development information needs of audiences that are in dire need of them, as well as providing professional services. We leverage on the power of effective messaging to improve social outcomes. Working with partners, we have designed, implemented and evaluated integrated behaviour change commu that reduced electoral violence, political apathy, malaria, litter, violent extremism, drug and alcohol misuse, over-dependence on white collar jobs, lack of interest in agriculture as business, among others. Not only that, we have improved Family Planning practices, reproductive and adolescent health practices, data usage to make decision, gender and social inclusion, WASH, HIV prevention, active citizen’s engagement to where they demand accountability and transparency from authorities; policy change/transformation of social norms that supports the adoption behavior change. Our intervention uses innovative, evidence-based approaches. Again, Human-Centred Design approaches are infused in all our work to ensure that the audience is an integral part of the intervention design, formative, research, prototyping, implementation.
