For 19 years, our deep and focused passion has been to equip Christian leaders to integrate their faith at work. Workmatters was originally birthed in Fayetteville, AR at Central Methodist Church in 2002. After one year of surprising growth in the marketplace, WorkMatters was released to become a non-denominational non-profit organization on October 10, 2003. David Roth, a member of the original Board of Directors, left his VP, Sales/Marketing role at J.B. Hunt Transport to lead Workmatters. For 19 years we have passionately served men and women in the marketplace to help them find God's true purpose and meaning for their work.
