The Regional Service Centre in Entebbe (RSCE) provides administrative, logistics, information, and communications technology services to 19 UN missions across Africa. 77% of all UN peacekeeping and special political missions worldwide are supported by us. International civilians, uniformed personnel, national staff, individual contractors, and UN Volunteers are among our clients (+ 17,000). The RSCE was established in 2010 as part of the Global Field Support Strategy (GFSS), aiming to improve responsiveness and address the needs of the UN missions. Prior to the RSCE, those services were located in field missions where instability and insecurity hindered their smooth operation.
