CMC Lean Consultoria was founded by Mario Fonseca and Robinson Toledo in April 2009 in São Paulo - SP, Brazil. CMC Lean started its consultancy activities to help companies to improve their industrial units through of the methodologies based on concepts developed by Toyota. Their two founders are working for many clients in Brazil, in the majority of the segments, offering them an experience of more than 11 years on "Lean Six Sigma Transformation". Lean Sigma combines Lean and Six Sigma technologies that could be applied for all the businesses process helping to take the guesswork out by using these powerful improvement tools.
