The vision of the Women’s Energy Network (WEN) is to be the premier organization that educates, attracts, retains, and develops women working across the value chain. WEN’s mission is to provide networking opportunities and foster career and leadership development of those who work in the energy industries. The Women’s Energy Network Colorado (WENCO) was established in November 2016 as a merger with the Denver-based Women in Energy. WENCO's goal is to deliver unparalleled networking, professional development, and educational opportunities to women in all aspects of the energy sector throughout our great state, including those who aspire to enter the field.
