Engineering company Aktivit located in Novy Bor succesfully provides engineering, designs, produces and supplies higly sofisticated products over twenty years. The products made to customer's measure are dedicated mostly into the automotive industry – assembly lines and assembly stations, end line testers, gantry loaders into the tooling machines, automatic cleaning machines, special manipulators and deburring machines. These days is in Aktivit employed in total 120 engineers, electricians, programmers, fitters and toolers, which realise completely the project from the engineering and design of the machines throught parts manufacturing, subassembly and assembly to creating and tuning of the programm, bringing of the machine into the operation at the customer and the service. The key-product are sofisticated assembly lines with various automatic stations for executing of diverse technological and testing operations. Very serious part of the production platform is custom oriented automation of the interstage parts manipulation, namely gantry loaders into the tooling machines, manipulators and conveyors between the single operations and industry cleaning machines for machined parts. The only serial product are machines for deburring of cogwheels produced in co-operation with German comp. Profilator. The workstations for mechanical design are equipped with comfortable programm Creo which enables modelling and drawing outputs in 3D. The design of electronic is created with programms ePlan and Elcad, programmers use for the programming of the control systems usualy Simatic S7,for the visualisation of the production processes and data monitoring mostly system LabView. The parts are usualy machined in our own manufacturing plant. Skilled toolers with many years experience provides guarantee of precise manufacturing of complicated parts.Assembly of the machines and facilities is executed by high qualified fitters with knowledge of customer's requests in automotiv industry.
