East Midlands Councils (EMC) is the consultative forum for local authorities in the region. Acting as a voice for the East Midlands, EMC represents the interests of local councils to Government and national organisations, enabling local authorities to work together on key issues of common concern. EMC also supports local councils with advice and services on employment, training and development, housing, health, transport and planning.
