I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative therapist, face-to-face sessions are held at my practice in Muswell Hill. Online sessions are available. Working integratively means I draw upon different forms of therapy including Humanistic, Existential and Psychodynamic, adapting appropriately for the situation and tailoring the work to the individual. This is all underpinned by a wholehearted Compassion Focused Therapy approach. I provide a confidential, safe, non-judgmental space to explore what may be contributing to your current difficulties providing you with an opportunity to gain another perspective and ways of managing your issues. No matter what you come to therapy for, therapy can be the answer for those times in your life where you want change, even if you are unaware what that change may look like. The right psychological tools can be invaluable in helping you find your potential, to let go of what doesn’t serve you, to help live more authentically and find meaning. I offer both short- and long-term therapy and if we agree to work together, we would decide the best way forward for you. Experience includes: Substance and behavioural addiction, 12 Step Programmes, working with Trauma from a Polyvagal perspective, OCD including Pure O, ADHD, Domestic Violence, Bereavement, Depression, low self-esteem, Disordered Eating, Suicidal Ideation (Suicidal Thoughts).
