This organization was founded on values of unity and progressive ideas among individuals who have pursued agriculture as education; 1. To put into practise knowledge and techniques acquired to harness agricultural resources to contribute to the economic development of the nation, Botswana 2. To teach and expose members to the radical methods of generating self employment in agriculture, and be less dependent on the government in the area of Job Creation 3. To provide a forum for exchange and imparting of knowledge, skills and experience among members 4. Liaise with international job bureaus and scholarships in agriculture and related fields on behalf of registered members 5. Awaken diligence, hard work and creativity amongst members and to make agriculture more attractive in Botswana 6. Give Professional accreditation to members who satisfy the neccessary requirements laid down by council of BASPA 7. To align our research with the 4IR, and encourage innovative ideas.
