The Redhill Academy Trust and Carlton Junior Academy have been appointed to lead a new Teaching School Hub - one of the 87 national centres of excellence for teacher training and professional development in education - due to launch in September 2021. Redhill Teaching School Alliance provides high quality CPD programmes for teaching and non-teaching staff. Teacher training includes the School Direct route for primary trainees in partnership with Nottingham Trent University and a SCITT route with Inspiring Leaders for our secondary trainees. Well-established leadership programmes provide excellent supplementary leadership training in addition to the National Professional Qualifications.
