We work with developers, operators, and investors to create both income and growth-producing investment structures. Our typical acquisition target is between $1 and $30 million, which allows us to focus on assets that are overlooked by larger REITs and institutional buyers. We are currently interested in acquiring and developing the following asset types: - Credit Tenant Net Lease retail and medical - Medical office - Senior housing - Multifamily Geographically, we focus on the Midwest and Southeast United States.
