History of the Prior Lake Chamber -Established in July 1970 -The Chamber office was located in several businesses around town, moved from the Prior Lake State Bank Building in 2004 which had housed the Chamber for multiple years. The Chamber moved to different locations around downtown and landed in May 2009 at 4785 Dakota Street SE. -The office has 1 full time and 1 part time employee The Chamber Executive Board is made up of five members (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer & Past Chair). There are seven directors that also sit on the Chamber Board. The board has one school and two city liaisons which are non voting members. The Prior Lake Chamber is an event driven Chamber and we do many events throughout the year: Ice Golf, Ladies Night Out, Senior Luncheon, Fall Community Fest, Golf, Monthly membership meetings and Lakefront Days.
