Collaborate with the Board of Directors and the leadership team to help them find their strategic direction so that they can implement and oversee all management functions and lead a highly effective, mission-driven, service-oriented workforce. Assist them in the establishment of an environment for those served and employees that meets or exceeds state and federal standards for those with developmental and intellectual disabilities while upholding your facility mission and values.
