We are an organization committed to attracting, retaining and advancing women in technology and leadership roles. Through mentorship, events and programs, and membership, we help bolster the number and influence of women working and advancing in technology roles, while helping women navigate IT career paths and challenges. ARA Co-founders Leslie Vickrey, Megan McCann and Jane Gilligan Hamner were honored with the ATHENA Chicagoland Organizational Leadership Award in November 2017 for their dedication to actively assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership.
