Adult Care Services honors life through several programs. The Margaret T. Center is a residential assisted living community dedicated to memory care with a special focus on dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. The Susan J. Rheem Adult Day Centers offers Day Services to adults in two locations: Prescott, and Prescott Valley. We provide a safe and secure setting, health monitoring, specialized activities and classes, nutritious meals, transportation and socialization along with time-off for family care-givers.
