As of January 2017, we are excited to announce that Isoprime Ltd is undergoing a change of name to Elementar UK Ltd. As a result of this name change the stable isotope ratio mass spectrometry (IRMS) products that have been sold under the Isoprime brand are to be completely transferred to the Elementar brand. There are a number of factors which have lead us to make this decision but the main reason is to bring better clarity to the stable isotope community about who we are, what we do and what we want to achieve. By consolidating all of our products into a single brand, we are able to better present our values, technology and capabilities to the market, delivering stronger brand value. We are working hard to have this transition done quickly and smoothly and hope you share our confidence and optimism about the change. In case there are any questions or concerns we have created some FAQs below which may help: Weren’t you always called Elementar? Well, (obviously) no. But this demonstrates the reason why we are changing our name. Across large parts of the globe, our IRMS products have already been presented by our colleagues in the Elementar Group and so the name “Isoprime” has already been effectively reduced to a model name. The most obvious place where our name change will be noticed is in the UK, but many customers are already aware of our close connection to the Elementar name already, so we believe the change will be minimal.
