Who Are We? IHR was founded and registered in June 2011 in Austria. Our executive office is located in Beirut-Lebanon since March 2013, and we have branches in both Syria since June 2011 and Turkey since June 2014. IHR’s sole purpose is relieving Syrian refugees in Lebanese and Turkish areas, as well as internally displaced people inside the Syrian boarders. We are a non-governmental organization and fund our project through private funding or through partnership with Arabic, Islamic and International NGOs.
