Zallet began as a mentoring program called Zallerina Evolve for youth ages 8 - 18 in 2016 in Atlanta, GA. At that time the program only focused on cultivating better life coping skills through the use of classical dance such as ballet, jazz, and tap for undeserved youth. By request, Adult classes in barre, yoga, and fitness were offered to communities. We focus on you from youth to adult hood, working with you to Always improve yourself. Zallet Fit takes a holistic approach into assisting you in creating your best self. We understand that what's on the inside shows up outwardly. From mentoring, to coaching, to flexibility, strength and balance physically and mentally in your every day life - Zallet Fit cares about you and is here to help you build, evolve, and develop.
