The FSEC offers special education services to member schools depending on each district's needs. The Cooperative employs school psychologists, speech/language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and various consultants and aides as needed. It helps provide special education and related services, professional development, technical assistance in matters relating to special education, and collaboration with outside agencies.
