LM2 is a consulting entity serving the law enforcement profession on topics of leadership, morale and motivation specializing in successful law enforcement culture. The owner of the company, Mark C. Lewis, has close to thirty-eight years experience in law enforcement, spending thirty-three years with the police department in Bellevue, WA, retiring as a Lieutenant. He also served as a Commander with the Duvall, WA PD. Mark is a veteran of the USAF Security Police (1976-1980), with an honorable discharge. The mission statement of LM2: The mission of LM2 is to serve the greater law enforcement community through providing leadership concepts and perspectives that are apolitical, historical, and time proven in order to allow law enforcement agencies, local government, and citizen stakeholders better understanding of the concepts and culture necessary to achieve the safest communities while respecting the highest ideals of a free people.
