Silver Airways is a U.S. airline operating daily scheduled flights between gateways in the Southeast U.S., Florida and The Bahamas. The company is owned by Versa Capital Management, LLC, a Philadelphia-based private equity investment firm. Silver Airways is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale (Florida) with a maintenance facility based at Orlando International Airport in Florida. The Silver Airways fleet is comprised of modern, state of the art aircraft with reliable, fuel-efficient turbo-prop engines. In the summer of 2018, Silver completed the acquisition of Seaborne Airlines, a San Juan, Puerto Rico-based air carrier serving destinations throughout Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other countries in the Caribbean. Seaborne provides connections throughout the Caribbean via the carrier’s hub in San Juan, while also serving as the most critical link between St. Croix and St. Thomas with the carrier’s seaplane operation. Silver’s new ATR aircraft will replace our SAAB fleet, which started 2019. The ATR 600 series embodies today’s most advanced regional aircraft, with new avionics, powerful engines, and state-of-the-art technology that ensure safe, quick and relaxed travel to your destination.
