ATHENAPowerLink Orlando is a program of ATHENA International, an organization dedicated to creating leadership opportunities for women. ATHENAPowerLink guides women business owners in defining and achieving tangible goals by providing them with access to a panel of business advisors. Each advisory panel is hand-selected based upon each woman business owner’s individual needs. These volunteer panelists serve as mentors and advisors for a 12-month period at no charge to the woman business owner and, ultimately, strive to help the woman business owner achieve growth and profitability. ATHENAPowerLink is offered through the Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship at Rollins College in conjunction with Athena International and our local business and community partners in the Central Florida community. The law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP serves as the founding sponsor for the local chapter. The mission of ATHENAPowerLink is to increase the growth and profitability of women-owned businesses. ATHENAPowerLink promotes the overall mission of ATHENA International in supporting, developing and honoring women leaders, inspiring women to achieve their full potential and creating balance in leadership worldwide.
