Our fabrication yard utilizes two separate shop facilities: • The 3000+ sq. ft. pipe shop has a 3 Ton overhead crane and is outfitted with electric rollout wheels and each station is hard piped for cutting and welding gases. We can accommodate cutting, gouging, and welding to the most common oil field specifications in the industry. • The structural shop is approximately 6000 sq. ft. with (2) 5 Ton overhead cranes. • Can handle most skid mounted manifolds, small to medium sized decks as well as stairways, boat bumpers, boat landings, etc. • Our ASME Coded facility can build and/or repair vessels. • 750’ Waterfront on 7.5 Acres, Approximately 8 Miles North of Intracoastal City We have the equipment to handle most projects: • 88 ton Manitowoc crawler crane • 18 ton Grove Cherry Picker • 12 ton Grove Cherry Picker • 45 Foot Manlift • (2) 6000 # rough terrain forklifts • Backhoe/frontend loader • 200+ hp (screw type) electric air compressor to supply all shop and blasting air • Hydro-testing equipment and building • Blasting and painting equipment as well as over an acre of blasting yard. Offsite Trucking and equipment yard: • All equipment for offsite and offshore jobs is stored at our Abbeville yard away from sand and paint overspray. This minimizes maintenance and corrosion issues associated with storing near blasting facilities. • Our trucking department can haul your load or arrange your load for hauling via your required freight company so jobs move out promptly. Maintenance/construction crews: Offshore Capabilities We offer personnel and equipment to go to your facility and make repairs to: • piping • handrails • stairways • decks • heliports • water treatment units • We can also install or remove equipment as needed on your structure.
