Meld Studios began in 2009 with the mission of using design to improve the everyday lives of people as they interact with the world around them. We believe that we can, and should, always make things better, and small changes can have a big impact. We focus on industries that form the fabric of our society, partnering with organisations and their customers to collaboratively design better touchpoints, services, systems and organisations. We train individuals and teams on how to use design to create better product and service experiences. We transform organisations by integrating design into the very DNA of how they operate, setting business strategy, ways of working and managing products and services. We design with organisations to solve any business challenge that involves customer and employee experiences. We write and speak about the impact good design can have, and the role design should play in organisations. Since 2009 Meld has worked with over 200 public and private organisations, across 15 industries such as health, education, museums, transportation, infrastructure, financial services, and government.
