In consultation with local governments, EDQ will facilitate planning in areas which are declared as provisional or priority development areas (PPDAs or PDAs) to respond to gaps in the market or to facilitate development in complex large sites. It will also work closely with local governments with planning in areas which are declared as PPDAs or PDAs.
