IDP's mission is to develop Central PA into a first-class region by focusing on unique features while utilizing existing assets, creating new incentives, and structuring them to attract new investments. We “INTEGRATE” these strategies to revitalize communities and create lasting change for their residents. IDP aims to develop real estate that creates and builds a better sense of community in the region. IDP's primary focus areas include civil engineering, building design, and real estate development.
