Here, we offer classes appropriate for all levels of practitioners, with clear language and inspired modifications to both absolute beginners and seasoned students. We honor this ancient practice in many ways: one-on-one attention, alignment cues to keep you healthy and possibly go deeper, and sequencing that’s both artful and meaningful. This also means that you might have some Sanskrit names of poses thrown at you, but don’t worry, we translate willingly into English. Our teachers draw from a breadth of lineages, from some of the more time-honored traditions of Krishnamacharya and Ashtanga to the newer styles of Baptiste, Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow and Dharma Mittra.
