ENGAGING OUR PARTNERS: We are embracing a Collective Impact Model that will facilitate more collaboration among those passionate about helping with our homelessness crisis here in Raleigh/Wake County. We will establish community structures that support our federally mandated Continuum of Care, while facilitating support systems as they develop within our partnerships and the community at large. FOCUSING ON DATA AND BEST PRACTICES What happens in Raleigh/Wake County is reflected in our metrics and data. How we improve our response relies on having our partners and collaborators all familiar with and using best practices. In 2020, the Partnership is enhancing our methods for collecting data, analyzing that data, and sharing it with our partners and the community at large.
