Mziuri Gardens Batumi is a new residential complex currently under construction in resort Makhinjauri few steps away from the Black Sea beach. The territory of the climatic spa resort of Makhindjauri hypsometrically is placed at 15-100 m altitudes above sea level. The local population started using the unique microclimate of Makhinjauri and sub-thermal mineral water flowing out here for as early as the beginning of 20th century for many treatments. Location: narrow lane of a seaside, 6 km to the North-West from Batumi Sea level: 15-100 m The area of the complex stretches over 15 000 sq.m. major part out of which will be allocated to a lush green garden with century-old pine trees and other endemic plants. According to the project, two 14-storey and one 16-storey residential blocks will be built with a hotel CROWNE PLAZA located in one of them. Consideration of the peculiarities and preservation of the local landscape was the main focus when preparing the project of Mziuri Gardens. It should be noted, that the residential complex of Mziuri Gardens will be fully accessible.
