Prime Advocates has particular expertise in the financial services, equity finance, disruptive technology and financial regulatory legal arena. Prime Advocates applies legal, business and ESG acumen to: i) facilitate and further propagate impactful traditional financial services’ involvement with Social Finance and Impact Investing; and ii) provide strategic and innovative legal and commercial services to support Social Environmental Finance, disruptive technology or Impact Investment transactions. iii) helping managers to incorporate ESG considerations into their investment approach, acting as Chief Impact Officer for hedge funds and responsible/ sustainability investment adviser to corporates. We assist Social Finance enterprises, governments, NGOs and corporations that seek to affect any or all of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted in 2015 which include achieving gender equality, quality education, no poverty, climate action, affordable and clean energy.
