Women's Health Initiative provides easy to understand information and practical support for women, and men, about a health issue that remains taboo for many people; Continence and Incontinence. Almost half the adult female population suffers from some form of Urinary Incontinence, bladder leakage (and faecal incontinence). Many women think it is normal. Leaking is not normal, it is fully repairable in more that 95% of cases, with a little information and a ritual of exercises done correctly. Women's Health Initiative aims to use the technology available to provide information to women so they can make their own choice about strengthening those Pelvic Floor muscles.
