Our mission is to actively track, monitor, and analyze all securities class actions that allege violations of Section 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Our goal is to enhance transparency in the securities class action arena by providing independent and objective measures of corporate exposure and estimates of potential class-wide damages on securities class actions that allege violations of Rule 10b-5.
