As a Specialist Urban Design consultant to the Urban Design Advisory Service in the NSW Department of Planning, Russell Olsson has led urban design teams for Prince Henry Hospital redevelopment, Prince Alfred Park / St Patricks Church re-development Parramatta, the Justice Precinct re-development of the Parramatta Hospital Site and other State Government projects which required design options and economic testing as part of the development process.
