Scheldebouw has been active since the 1950's in the markets of Benelux, United Kingdom, Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe and can offer bespoke and standard façade/roof solutions for high level architectural projects. Scheldebouw today has around 500 employees, located in its two seats in The Netherlands; Middelburg and Heerlen. The production plants are equipped with the most advanced facilities, and comprise of a fully certified testing laboratory as well as a “clean room” assembly line. Scheldebouw is a part of the Permasteelisa Group allowing us to also be involved in international projects in the United States, Middle East, Asia and Australia in cooperation with other subsidiaries. Scheldebouw applies fully integrated design solutions with cutting edge technology to all our projects, whether they include active or interactive façades, with or without natural ventilation, mfree-SCCF closed cavity façades, sun-shading systems or structural/decorative composite solutions. Materials used for the projects are almost unlimited and can comprise of glass, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, architectural copper and bronze, natural stones, prefab concrete, ceramic materials, synthetic/composite materials, timber, etc. Scheldebouw can also offer solutions for the interior fit-out in association with the Interiors and Contract Business Units, as with any other affiliate/company of the Permasteelisa Group.
