Founded in 1985, Site Solutions has provided the Carolinas with site planning and civil engineering services for over twenty-five years. We are involved in the planning of numerous educational, institutional, recreational, commercial, and residential projects. We have worked with hundreds of design teams and committees to bring diverse ideas together to form dynamic, innovative design solutions. Each project is viewed as a new opportunity with a unique set of design parameters (development program, budget, schedule and site conditions). We allow these project parameters to dictate our approach to the design solution and work closely with the client to understand their goals and objectives. Once we have an understanding of the client’s needs, design solutions are prepared for review with the client. With this approach, we develop alternatives that are fresh, unique and go beyond the ordinary. Today, the firm’s sixteen member staff offers clients the services of eleven registered professionals with a wide variety of skills and experiences. When project scope requires skills beyond our in-house capabilities, we team with other design professionals to provide clients with a single source for their site planning needs. With these in-house and strong sub-consultant relationships, we are capable of handling projects of significant scope, while providing clients with uncompromising personal service.
