The California Cable and Telecommunications Association is the industry’s largest state cable and telecommunications association. CCTA is a leader in the development of video and communications policy in Sacramento and in Washington DC. CCTA represents the industry before the State Legislature, state and federal courts, the California Public Utilities Commission, the California State Board of Equalization and other State agencies, and the Federal Communications Commission.
