Travelduqa is a fully incorporated private limited company registered to operate as an information technology service provider offering online travel commerce services in Kenya. We are recognized by IATA as a sales intermediary and have a valid Travel industry designator service number. What problem are we solving? Air travel processing is a pain and especially so in Africa. This is because VISA applications, health status declarations and travel service purchases are today disconnected and unsynchronized processes from a travelers point of view. So currently, travelers mostly engage travel agents (at a cost) to help them put together their application documents for destination entry and health declaration purposes and to coordinate their travel purchases. Even with this help there is pain in filling in the same information about the traveler repeatedly in various online and offline application forms across all the embassies, authorities and travel suppliers involved in a travelers chosen journey. So travelers (and their agents) need one self managed, updated, digital copy of themselves that they can use with embassies, authorities and travel suppliers to facilitate application, approvals, declarations and travel service purchases. So we bring them a digital travel wallet.
