GRRC is one small but major initiative started by ALMAILEM GROUP to provide high-quality renewable products from end of life tires that otherwise pose a huge environmental hazard mainly being a major fire hazard due to rubbers flammable characteristics. The high-quality recycling equipment available today has made possible a new generation of products that are able to serve a fresh economic purpose. Through the high quality recycling equipment that has been procured GRRC is a step towards building a movement towards sustainability within the automotive industry by going beyond short-term, inadequate and hazardous stockpiling of tires. Every day, used tires are collected from AlMailem’s various tire retail outlets and taken to our state-of-the-art factory, where investment in the newest recycling technology enables us to process and produce many items of utility. For far too long the management of waste tires has been addressed by a limited problem-solving outlook instead of being seen for the vast material benefits and opportunities it can deliver.
