We are a nonprofit educations institute dedicated to helping people increase the accuracy with which they diagnose the cause of their emotions and the skill with which they address the underlying psychological needs. Our mission is to facilitate the transformation of humanity's understanding of emotion FROM misinterpreting emotions as evaluations of life conditions TO correctly interpreting emotions as evaluation of self effectiveness. This, we believe, will enable us to reclaim our full adaptive potential and create a more rewarding, less stressful way of life for ourselves and for future generations.
