Residential Inspection services has been providing home and commercial inspection services since 1996. Since that time Paul has developed a skill set and knowledge base to perform over 9000 property inspections, obtain a HUD/FHA endorsement for construction consulting & compliance inspections. Additionally Paul has obtained a Masters Certification in Building Sciences which includes a Masters designation in Mold and Indoor Air Quality Analysis. As of Jan. 2015 Paul was appointed by the Director of the Department of Licensing for the State of Washington to become a Board Member of the Washington State Home Inspectors Advisory Board. With the success's of the Inspection element Paul began a professional career in Infrared Thermography to beet aid in the process of home inspections. Training with various institutions around the country and over the last 6 years he has obtained the Designation of a Level lll Thermographer. The highest level of achievement possible. Henceforth Paul has founded Emerald Infrared to train other people desiring to become Infrared Thermographers. Paul wrote the curriculum for a 32 clock hour class for the State of Washington - the first of its kind. Emerald Infrared provides training, certification and Infrared Inspections and consulting services worldwide.
