The Arkansas Division of Workforce Services (ADWS) is the state agency responsible for providing employment- related services to job seekers and employers in Arkansas. ADWS operates through a central office in Little Rock, through the 33 Arkansas Workforce Centers across the state, and through mobile Workforce Centers that make ADWS services available anywhere, anytime. The agency also provides supporting staff for the Arkansas Workforce Development Board.
