We offer free networking and a range of training options for construction SME’s of any size. Building Growth South West was developed to also encourage those who might not have considered construction as a potential career path to see the incredible opportunities that it can present. We want to bridge the gap between individuals, training providers and employers across the South West, working together to create more employment opportunities and strengthen the supply chain within the construction sector. We provide engagement, skills and pre-employment training across the South West and West of England regions. We want to build strong relationships with local employers to address labour shortages and facilitate employment opportunities.
