The National Online Recruitment Academy exists to promote excellence in all online recruitment practices. Our membership is comprised of every organisation which has been a finalist and winner in the National Online Recruitment Awards since 2000. We work on behalf of candidates and jobseekers, to throw a spotlight on recruiting excellence, with the aim of encouraging others to follow suit. Individual members of the Academy include those who have served as judges for the NORAs, and those recognised for their lifetime of work in the NORA Academy Hall of Fame.
